The Enneagram is a dynamic system that describes nine personality types each with distinct habits of feeling, thinking and behaving. Each type has a coherent pattern in how the world is perceived, yet is biased by perceptual fillters that cloak or amplify certain aspects of reality. With great accuracy, the Enneagram allows you to look deeply within your own character and to clarify relationships with your partner, family members, friends, clients and co-workers.

Few personality systems delve into the motivations of our behaviors. The Enneagram helps us to understand our motivations through the very human and common needs we are trying to fill, like love, safety and belonging. When we inquire into the need that is motivating a certain behavior, we begin to perceive through the eyes of compassion. Although we may have different ways to go about filling our needs, as described by our Enneagram type, we all have the same underlying needs.

In this class we will:
Ӣ Explore the nine types as described by the Enneagram
Ӣ Reveal the primary motivation for each type
Ӣ Practice body-centered, awareness techniques to work with your type

Taught in the Narrative tradition, the format of this class is highly interactive, fun, informative, and transformative. Through personal interviews, guided meditations, lectures and experiential practices, we can come to understand our own worldview intimately and learn about the worldviews of others.  Register Online Here:
