It’s the end of the year and I want to write something insightful and inspiring. انواع العاب القمار It needs to be authentic, witty, and touching too. خريطة رالي داكار 2024 It’s how I set myself up when I think about having time off. I want to be contemplative and playful, have solitude and good company, meditate and watch movies. In other words, I usually want EVERYTHING AT ONCE.
When I pause, like at the end of the year, I realize what I want is to BE HERE NOW. Okay that’s pretty insightful, and not original, but it’s what every contemplative practice points to and what I want. The qualities I listed at the top of this writing happen for me when I relax into my body, open heart and mind, right here and now with whatever is happening. And if I can share this others along the journey, it’s immeasurably better.
